A little more about Godshill's WI
There has been a branch of the Women’s Institute in Godshill since 1925 except for some years during World War Two. We like to think of ourselves as a friendly, lively group with an enthusiastic approach but with a relaxed attitude. Our speakers entertain us and our demonstrators appeal to our more artistic side. We are also well known for our proper afternoon tea (and chat) which rounds off the meeting. If you would like to join us we meet in Godshill Village Hall on the first Wednesday of the month at 2:15pm. There is no charge for your first meeting; just turn up or phone:
