Godshill Village Hall Newsletter
Happy New Year, everyone!
We are delighted to tell you that the Village Hall is being used regularly by a range of different activities from artists to dog scent training, and yoga to table tennis as well as private parties and group meetings. We welcome a new singing group and a new art group which are open to all. We have a wide variety of activities going on – look at the Newsletter for details!
At the end of January, we have a Pudding Club event with speaker Sally Marsh who is a New Forest Commoner. She will be talking about the life of a Commoner and how the ponies and other animals are managed.
Having installed new railings at the front of the Village Hall along with a commemorative plaque to mark its centenary last year, we are now focussed on refurbishing the stage area of the Village Hall to improve the first impression of the inside of the Village Hall for visitors.
Meanwhile, do join in any of the ongoing activities listed inside, or feel free to organise events of your own – the facilities are there for everyone to enjoy!
